Great guys to work with. Besides being knowledgeable and skilled at their craft they care about quality of work as well. No shortcuts with these guys. I’m a curious person, so I usually ask a lot of questions and they’re always willing to listen and answer them. It’s always nice when a contractor you’ve hired has a pleasant personality and is happy to help. Highly recommend.

Steve came out to anchor flanges and set two toilets 12/27. I was quoted $165 each by text on 12/26, which he said "included the wax rings and bolts". He added a steel reinforcement ring, $6 at Home Depot, and I was charged $565. His son, very pleasant young man, torqued down the tank bolts on a toilet I was reinstalling and the tank ended up cracked at one of the bolt holes. I tried to repair, but it was weeping so had to be replaced. I had to spend another $300 on a new toilet, which he came back to install on Monday 12/30. Despite texting me that "mistakes happen" he charged me another $235 for the 10 minutes it took to seat the new toilet. When I asked him to split the difference, he balked, reduced the charge to an additional $195. So, that's $760 to set two toilets, one of which was damaged and I didn't want to replace as it had a large tank for the ~80 ft of sewer line it was attached to. Quote texted to me was $330. Instead charged me $760. Total cost with the replacement I had to buy: $1060. Quote from Boelke, who couldn't come out until 1/3/25, was $325 (including the $98 service call). Very disappointed. Didn't honor his quote, charged another fee to replace the tank damaged by tightening the bolts, had to buy another toilet, and I'm out the toilet I wanted to keep there. He also didn't take the broken toilet to dispose of despite saying he would. Not the way to earn repeat business or get recommended to others.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience. The quote over the phone was for setting two toilets which you supplied. But upon arrival the flanges needed to be repaired, which you said other companies couldn’t do properly. I was able to do so and save you a bunch of money on floor repairs that would have needed to be done if the flanges weren’t repairable. I saved you that headache and cost. The toilet tank in question was loose and probably cracked from whoever incorrectly installed the toilet previously. The bottom line is that the price quoted on the phone was for simple toilet insulations. Upon arrival it was much more involved. When we discussed installing a new toilet you seemed to be fine with a second charge and when I did so I gave you a discount for the trouble, not knowing who was responsible for the crack in your old toilet. When I left the first time you expressed gratitude that I was able to solve your problem without having to get into the flooring and tile and had no issue with the price. I’m glad we were able to help you with your situation and I appreciate your business. I hope you have a wonderful 2025!

It went bad he left and ask me to check it after and hour and I don't know ho to check it. He just kept on pushing me off and ask me to turn the water off if its's leaking and I don't even know how to turn off the water. I feel like they took money and they wanted to go back just to get more money.

The client hired me to install a water heater with difficult access. I installed the water heater and left with no issues. Her piping in her crawl space developed a leak after I left and I couldn’t get back to her job that Friday evening or the weekend. I did tell her how to turn off the water herself but she wasn’t willing to do that. I offered to come and repair the pipe on the following Monday but the client refused because there would have been a service call and additional labor fees to repair the pipe. She called another plumber to come and turn off the water to the water heater and hired him to make the repair in the crawl space. I offered to make the repair if the other plumber was unable to repair the pipe to which she appeared thankful for my support over the phone. All work was performed up to code and professionally installed.

I went to their place of business, with pictures of the items to be done. They gave me a quote and agreed to come out the next day. He called and came early. He completed the work (which has held.), but he said it took longer than anticipated and charged us an additional $20. Two of the unions were behind a tub fixture. After he left we noticed that he had twisted the fixture and one handle stuck out farther than the other and the tub and shower faucets were slightly crooked. Now apparently with newer fixtures you can screw the cover at the wall on tightly and it will adjust for the problem, but this was an older fixture and those covers are loose. We called him back and asked him to fix the problem. He did tell us to screw it on tightly, but we informed him that was not possible with this fixture. Then he said he couldn't verify that the fixture wasn't that way when he started so he would not fix it. I had looked at his reviews on YELP before calling him and gave him benefit of the doubt when he said he would have resolved other customers concerns had he known, but now that seems unlikely.

The plumber appears to have done a good job on the installation. The problem with the service has to do with the price quote. I called three different plumbing services for price quotes on this job. They all quoted the same brand of pump and all added a contingency that would depend on the length of copper piping needed to connect the pump. I wrote down the name of the business, their phone number and their price quote when I called them. Integrity Plumbing had the middle price quote but very near the lowest price. They were also able to come the soonest so I called them and requested the service. I guess my mistake was not verifying the price quote when I called the second time but I have never had this kind of problem with a supposedly reputable service provider before (especially one on Angie's list). He came to install the pump and provided prompt, efficient, courteous service. Then he said the charge was $100 more than the quote. The quote was $475 and he charged $575. When he told me this, I checked the paper I had written my price quote notes on to see if there could be a mix-up. The companies and their phone number were all separate, along with their individual quotes. When I request a quote on the phone, I repeat the price and write it down at the same time. I own several rental houses and have called contractors for quotes many hundreds of times. In previous years I had requested quotes in writing after I had gotten them over the phone and never encountered a situation where the contractor changed the price. I never imagined a contractor on Angie's List would do something like that. Now, the counter-point to this situation is that I misunderstood the price. I don't think that happened for a couple reasons. First, Integrity Plumbing was the second quote I received and it was $75 lower than the previous quote I had just gotten. It was not just a random price in my mind; I was comparing it to another quote. Second, I wrote the price down. I suppose it's possible to say one number and write a different one at the same time but it's highly unlikely. So the bottom line is this. Integrity Plumbing performed good work but I think they changed the price of the service from the original quote. Oh, when I mentioned this to the plumber while he was he at my house, he denied any possibility of him providing a different, lower quote on the phone. I have no way of proving what his original quote was but I will never use Integrity Plumbing again. And I think they should change their name.

I tried to fix my own sinks, but ended up having to turn off the water. I called Integregity Plumbing late Wednesday night. Steve was over first thing the next morning. He was prompt and friendly. Not only did he fix both sinks and restored my water, he brought both my bathroom sinks up to code. While he was working, I asked him several different questions about other problems I had in my house. He was very helpful. If I need any other help with plumbing problems, I will definitely call Steve again!

I initially called and left a message and he returned my call within an hour. That fast response exceeded my expectation. We set an appointment for 4 business days later. Okay. I get that he is busy despite the fact that I had told him our shower facet had been running nonstop for over a week at that point. We had a snow storm a couple of days before our appointment but as far as I knew, he was still keeping our appointment. I receive a call an hour and 45 minutes before our scheduled appointment telling me that he was backed up from the weather and that he is having trouble traveling in the weather in his truck. Late notice in my opinion for icy roads but okay again. Fine. Let's reschedule. HE TELLS US when he is going to come out 3 days later. Again, he told us when was best for him. So that day and time frame came and went. No icy roads. No call. Just doesn't show up. I called him 2 hours after the latest he was supposed to show up and tells me that he "must have gotten his days mixed up". Doesn't a service professional have a calendar? A schedule written down somewhere? Then he jumps to tell me that he was working on an "emergency call since like 7:30 in the morning" when our appointment window was between 8:30 and 9. Also, he answered the phone with "hello", not like he was expecting a business call. I heard nothing in the background and he initially sounded like I didn't interrupt him working on anything, let alone any kind of "emergency". I got the impression he was lying. He said he could "swing by" in a couple hours when he was finished with what he was working on and I said okay. He called later to tell me that he was too busy with his existing customers and he wouldn't be able to get the work done that day. I got so annoyed at the situation, I found someone else to do the work. Conclusion: Integrity plumbing, in my experience, does not have a tremendous amount of integrity.

I contacted Steve to see if he could assist with installing a new bathroom vanity. It seemed to me that the drain pipe and water lines would need rerouted. Steve came out and provided a verbal estimate and a date for return. Upon return we also noticed a leak from the toilet drain pipe. Steve was able to complete the work on the sink but needed to return the following day to repair the toilet. As the toilet was old he recommended to replace it, which we did.

Not only did Steve offer to come out (free of charge) a few days before the appliance delivery to check our hook ups and make sure no additional parts were needed, but he was extremely flexible when the appliance delivery and necessary electrical work wasn't completed by the time he was scheduled to come. He was courteous, punctual, and did a quality job. I trusted him being alone in the house and appreciated that he left things clean and neat when he left. We've been having a lot of work done in our house and have dealt with several rude, non-punctual and messy contractors -- it was a pleasure and a blessing to work with Integrity Plumbing. From start to finish they made our experience an easy, hassle-free one. Best of all, he emailed me a copy of my invoice -- saving me the hassle of trying to find a place to file the receipt!

We found moisture in a basement wall and noticed it was coming from a slow leak running down a pipe coming from upstairs in our kitchen. After snooping around, we found the source was a rusty connection for a water filter that was no longer used. We called Steve at Integrity Plumbing the next day. We left a message and he returned the call within five minutes! Twenty minutes later, he was in our home and making repairs. After making an assessment of the situation, Steve explained the issue and how he intended to repair the problem. He also suggested we take the baby upstairs to her room just to be sure she didn't get breath in any of the dust/smoke from his soldering. The repairs took no longer than 30 minutes. He checked for any other leaks, turned back on the water, and asked us to call if we found any other issues. We were completely satisfied.
Description of Work: We had a pipe burst due to a rusted "puncture connection" that finally gave out. Steve came and soldered the hole closed to stop the leak.
