Communication with this company is like pulling teeth. Our installation team was friendly and had exceptional HVAC knowledge. However, i do not feel like we got quality work for the price tag. After our initial installation, the furnace was left functional but incomplete with no follow up appointment arranged. I had to call multiple times a day( as well as my wife) to get a follow up appointment and get the work finished...ish. When i did FINALLY get a hold of someone via email or telephone, there was always some sort of excuse. After 3 times out to our home, the furnace is in and the issues are fixed...for the most part(not including the hole in my linoleum and a soaked garage). Do yourself a favor and find somebody else.

Everyone was Professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves which was a big plus in my book. We have no complaints at this point in time. If there was anything at all, maybe could have had some insulation to replace what was lost during installation. Very satisfied with the customer service.

Project of replacing furnace was done in a very timely, courteous and professional manner.

Quick and easy installation. They installed a geothermal in my new house and it works great. The only drawback is that it runs on water so I have had a couple of small leaks around the fittings. They took care of all of them except for one that is a little peske. They are working on it though and are very helpful if something goes wrong. I would recommend them.

Contractor was very good to me. I had many changes and he accommendated them all. Very good man to deal with. I would recommend him highly.
