I called and left a message, he called back within 15 minutes. He had an early morning appointment, but said he would be at my home by noon. He called at 11:15, to say he was on his way from TC. He did arrive shortly after noon, which was remarkable as there was a near whiteout snow between when he called and arrive for the normal 1/2 trip. Once he got here, he had the dryer apart, diagnosed the issue, had the replacement part in his van so was able to get us up and drying in only 30-40 minutes. Snow storm had cleared up, too! Professional, friendly and competent. I'd hire him for any other job and recommend him as well

He had the part on his truck and was immediately able to put the new part in. He was very knowledgeable and knew right away what was wrong with it. He looked at our dishwasher and come to find out we were using to strong of dishwasher detergent. The extra suds were causing an overflow of the drain pan. He could have said anything but he was honest and again knowledgeable.

It went really well! Mark was great and a lot of help. Told us everything we needed to know and didn't have a part on him but told my husband where to get it. And how to put the part on. Mark is awesome.

He fixed the original problem quickly! & Mark was firm about NOT continuing to fix additional minor issues, saying "save the money for when you might need to replace it--this other repair is not worth it." I LOVE that! He came about a half day after I called, and called a couple of times so I'd know when to expect him. And he worked incredibly fast.

Wonderful! He answered his phone on Sunday to take my call which impressed me. He asked several questions right there to kind of diagnose the problem in his mind and then we made a appointment for service. He arrived on time and went straight to work while answering any questions I had and telling me which brands he thought were more reliable if we ever needed to replace our unit. He replaced the electronic control board which he had on his truck and is the most expensive thing to replace I think and has checked on me a couple times to make sure everything is working fine because I was thinking the frig wasn't cold enough. He guarantees his work, is very efficient, very professional, and has a sense of humor and good personality to boot.

Mark made a real effort to get here (I'm in the boonies) ASAP. Was here in record time based on his other jobs. Determined my LG frig needed a new compressor but told me to call LG since the frig is only 4 yr old and the work could be done under warranty. No LG service was available to me so I told Mark to order a new compressor. He tried hard but it took a day to find a source and by that time (at his suggestion) I had started to research new refrigerators. Based on the time it would have taken to fix the old one, I decided to purchase new... In meantime, Mark was very good at staying in contact and I will certainly use him in the future when a need arises. BTW, I called on Sat and left a message. Mark called on Sunday to let me know his schedule and when I might expect him. He beat his estimate by a day..

He came the same day I called and was professional. Gave us approximate costs as he was working based on feedback he was getting on the appliance repair. Ended up in the middle of what he said it could cost. Also explained about the machine and if it needed or we wanted to replace it, what he would recommend buying in today's market. That was REA:L helpful as we are looking to get rid of the washer if it acts up again.

We had him come out to check on a broken dryer for my mother in law. He was prompt and courteous and didn't charge his customary fee for the house call.

Everything was amazing. I called and he was here within an hour. Pleasant, informative. Did his job and left me with information should the problem reoccur and then suggestions for a new dishwasher, should that be necessary in the future. I don't think I've ever had better service.

We've had Mark out to our house on several occasions and have always been thrilled with his service. So far he has worked on our fridge, washer and dryer and range. He gives very prompt and polite phone calls and texts, is competent and efficient and has reasonable pricing. He is also very honest and careful when he thinks the situation needs someone else and has gone out if his way while traveling downstate to pick up parts that otherwise would have taken potentially weeks longer to come in and cost more. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone looking for home appliance repairs.

Repairman returned call promptly, arrived at my house at prearranged time convenient to me. Diagnosed and repaired problem in minutes. Guaranteed work. Repairman was very articulate,competent, pleasant, and professional. I will certainly call Infinity Appliance Service again if repairs are needed and I recommend Infinity Appliance Service to others without reservation. I am quite pleased with my encounter.

I had bought another refrigerator. Was told by another service tech that the compressor was bad, not worth fixing. I thought that it maybe covered by warranty. It wasn't but infinity worked on it, got it started right away and it is still going! I now use it in the garage, replaced an old energy hog with it. Too bad I didn't call them first! Will next time.

Service was prompt and professional. The dishwasher had to be removed and it was reinstalled with no cleanup left for me. I was so happy to get it going fast and at a great price!

Excellent Service Plus! Infinity Appliance was there within a short time of my initial phone call. The washing machine was not spinning out. The source of the problem was explained to me, the problem was corrected, and I was shown how to keep up maintenance on the washer and the dryer, as well, to keep things working well and safely. I really appreciate the quick response, work done well, and all for what I consider a reasonable price. If necessary, we will call Infinity Appliance Service in the future.
