"I had Martino Home Improvements replace my roof back in 2020, which the initial installation had a fair amount of issues ranging from improper tarping of the roof during the installation, which ended up with rain pouring into my house when it rained. Since the repair I have now had leaks and in multiple places along with improper venting, which has meant rusty nails and ice forming on nails, after spending 30k on the replacement they are now looking for another 1,450 to add more venting to fix their install. I am not impressed and wouldn't recommend them."

I texted David regarding this issue he said they check the downspouts using a leaf blower. This spring I noticed no apparent debris from the downspouts being blown out. David said that my house is surrounded by trees and the downspouts are probably blocked again. This is 4 months later!! What would be blocking the gutters from draining. He said he'd come out but would have to charge me again, again for a service I paid for that wasn't completed properly in December. Would not recommend or use again."

We take pains to keep your grounds clean and damage free. The only way you can tell we were on your property is your new roof and a yard sign.

The review got a response where direct contact did not. They agreed to pay me for my time (as long as I removed the review) after I collected more than 50 roofing nails from around my property and in my gutters, and also sharp metal flashing in the yard. They also destroyed most of the gutter guards that according to the contract, were supposed to be taken off and saved. Most were ruined after being ripped off, not unscrewed. I found them in the dumpster. I contacted them a month ago as my basement has flooded a few times, most recently with the rain in March. The shingles come over the gutters 3 inches in most spots. The person came out and said they were only over an inch. I have the pics to show that they are over 3 inches. That overhang is causing most of the water to go right over the gutters.
