Steven didn't call, didn't show up, I messaged him and he gave me a BS "car and mechanic" lie, same one he told me back in February when I tried to get him to do work for me then. You think I forgot about you? No. I was going to give you a second chance and hire you, but you screwed me over again.

I called to have the lines replaced on my water softener. I was told he would be there the following afternoon. Two days later. No show. No call or message. Very unprofessional.

Friday, Feb 9 2024. I used the ANGI app to request an estimate on a water leak under my house. I got a message from STEVEN from Mr.handyman and he said he would be out Monday Feb 12, 2024. NO CALL NO SHOW. He messaged me at 6:30PM Monday NIGHT and said his car was in the shop all day. He said he would be out TUE Morning Feb 13, 2024. NO CALL NO SHOW. What Kind Of Business Do You Run? That's fine, ill go and call someone else if you clearly don't care enough to follow through.

The job went well. They did come a little late, but did notify me of that.

Plumber arrived ahead of schedule. Very professional. Added on a service while on site for extra charge but did not gouge us. Fast, efficient, will use again!

Steve arrived on time. After looking at the project, he told me he'd need to cut a small access hole in the wall to get to the shower head, as well as opening the existing access for the valve. I said this was ok, but that I didn't have matching paint for that wall, and since it's textured, please keep it minimal. The hole he made was not just one smooth cut to put it back into place, but he made 5 vertical slices in the wall, creating a hole that had no "plug" to put back in it, so I now have to spend more money to fix the wall that has an open hole in it now. The existing wall access was damaged as well as the wall around it when he opened it. He also made no attempt to clean up the dust from cutting the drywall, or the sawdust from wood and pipe that was cut, add tracked it about when going in and out to his car. I paid him cash and he didn't give me a receipt, so I text him to ask for one, and he said he would (twice but has not yet). I ended up paying another plumbing service to inspect the work because I felt uneasy about his lack of professionalism, and was told that he should have put in couplings since he was connecting existing pipes and new pipes of a different metal. So that has to be redone as well. Overall I am not satisfied with the work that was done, and the damages to my home. I expected a quick, and simple job, and now its costing me more. I am hoping Angi can fix this.

On time and fix the problem right away

Showed up next day and on time. Replaced my water heater and took the old one out in under 2 hours. They were respectful and professional. Highly recommend!

Wow!! Steve is awesome!! Was here in about an hour (and it is the say after Xmas) and fixed my kitchen sink pipe. He was quick, efficient and professional as well as super nice. Price was great too! Will use him for all my plumbing jobs!!

Steven was fantastic! He came over within two hours of messaging him. Fixed three of our issues in our house and under an hour. Very reasonably priced for great work. Very friendly and honest.
