Mr. [member name removed], We are very sorry you were disappointed with our company's response to your request to help locate a water leak from your roof in June of 2014. I would like to take the time to address your complaint. At the time you called our area had just experienced a terrible storm (as I am sure you are aware) and in situations of storms and serious damage we try and get to the jobs with major damage immediately. When you called it was our understanding that you were looking for someone to tend to your leak right away which we appreciate and therefore communicated to you that we were unable to help at that time because of the overwhelming damage in the area. We do not want you to feel we were being impolite, but instead we were being honest and up-front. We take great pride in our customer service and take all complaints very seriously. Seal-Rite has been in business since 1967 and has an A+ rating with the BBB and we are very proud of that. We are sorry we were unable to assist you or do any work for you at that time but we hope you will give us a chance in the future whenever you have any roofing or siding needs.
