They were fast in getting back to me with a quote and able to come out based on my schedule. The plumber was very knowledgeable and efficient by arranging the pipes and new disposal in such a way that I have more undercounted space than before. I am very happy with the work they did.

I had a good experience with Ron the tech., he was on time, courteous, cleaned up his mess, hauled away the old tank and even went the extra mile to answer any questions I had regarding other plumbing issues, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber.

Did the work in a timely manner. Very professional and explained what the issue was. Not only cleaned up the work site but fixed the mulch that was washed away by the sump overflow. Also took the time to answer another plumbing question while he was here.

Ron did a great job, showed up when promised and was complete with the water heater in less than two hours. There was a resulting problem with one faucet that worked off differential pressure that was defective in the master bath shower. Ron took the time to fix it and didn't charge any extra. Over all very good job on such short notice.

Ron came out to my rental property on Monday January 21 to do some plumbing repairs. He had to wait around for half an hour until my tenant allowed him inside. I really appreciate his patience in putting up with my tenant's lousy attitude.

Ron quoted install of a frost-free sillcock, shut-off valves, re-routing of water, gas, and drain lines, and installation of gas range connection. I have tried a number of large and small company and independent plumbers for various projects. Ron's price for all the work quoted was fair, the quality of the work was superb, and the site was well prepared with flooring protection. The areas were all left cleaner than they were when he arrived. I highly recommend Shelby Mechanical, and will myself have them come out for all our future plumbing jobs.
