Great job / great price. Ron was very professional, responded to my calls quickly. Had a sump replaced and a back-up water system installed. The work was done very well and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Shelby Mechanical. In addition, this work was done at the home of my parents - the guys were great dealing with my 85 year old dad. He spent the entire time in the basement "hovering", but somehow they made him feel like he was helping...made his day!

Messy job, but it needed to be done. Watch out for miss dig...not very accurate. Also be prepared to repair sprinkler system pipes and check their repair work for leaks. One little drip can cause a costly water bill.

I guess the monetary value was good for the number of people working and the hours entailed. I just hate spending that much money, especially on something you can't see. Can't totally rate the quality because I can't see the results since it is 4 ft. underground.
