they called within 5 minutes, the installer arrived within the hour to look and give me a price, he dissassembled the old one, it drained while he went for the new one and I was back in hot water with in 2 & 1/2 hours. Cleaned up, wore booties, friendly, polite

Plumber was very nice and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Didn't take very long to fix the problem. An hour late, and no one at Shelby picked up when I called. I would hire Shelby Mechanical again.

Wot was not done correct first time. Had to come back next day to level the water heater which should have been done at the instillation time. Was not good with his attitude and left sharp corners of still under which is not safe.

The guys that came out Dominic and Mark were very professional and did great work. They went above and beyond what was required when they worked on my humidifier damper. Both were very personable and professional. I'd recommend them and also Ron came out beforehand and reviewed what needed to be done and provided me with a quote. This is something that many plumbers don't want to do, and I appreciated them taking that effort!

Did not keep the first appointment with me. He did give me a discounted price for missing the appointment. Work was done on the second appointment but not to my satisfaction. Said he would be out to fix the problem the next day. Three days later I still have not heard from him. Not reliable enough for me to recommend this company.
