root-cause was analyzed in detail and worked to prevent recurring problem. He worked on the shower faucet upon my request which was fixed real quick. I am a happy customer thanks to Mr. Gaeb!

The plumber was unable to complete the installation of my faucets due to physical issues discovered after starting the work. A different contractor completed the job without incident at 1/3 of estimate from Shelby.

Shelby Mechanical sat a time window (1 hr.) for arrival of the service repair and technician was prompt arriving within that time. We discussed the issues on main sump pump not working and back-up water frequent activation, reviewed the workplace, then determined need to replace the 30+ year old pump. Received the price estimate to replace, which was reasonable and what I expected. The technician worked efficiently, cleaned up area when complete and then explained pump operation. The work was complete in less than 1 hour. Also used a Sav-on coupon applied towards repair. Very satisfied.
