First plumber I every hired who showed on time.

Fast, professional, & courteous.

Replaced 24 year old water heater. Had to bring it up to code(venting,water lines). Gabe arrived right on time. Removed and drained old tank,Hooked up new tank with new vent lines and hooked up gas line and cleaned up just like he wasn t there.All this in less than 2 hours. Very satisfied.

They sent me an inexperienced guy who spent an hour trying to fix my water heater by cleaning some part in the WH. They charged me $245 and the water heater is not fixed. They tried to sell me a new water heater for $1250. I had it replaced for $950 with another company. I wish I never called them. I waisted $245.

He had multiple jobs to do, and did a very wonderful job on each task!

This is the second time I've hired Shelby Mechanical. They seem a little on the expensive side, but when there's an emergency, you have to have it fixed quickly. The service techs are polite and they get the work done.

This company was easy to work with and efficient. The price was higher than I hoped for but they did a good job.

Great experience! Solved problem relatively quickly at a more than reasonable price.

Marcus from Shelby Mechanical did a top notch job. He completed the job on time and was very professional. He explained in detail what he had repaired and did a through job cleaning up after the work was completed.

Donaldo was my plumber, and he did outstanding work. He was on time, courteous, friendly, and professional. Both of the toilets at my new condo were really acting up, and he walked me through what was going on and gave me good advice for what could be done both that day and replacements I could do in the future (this included some helpful price estimates). I ended up having to have both toilets augured, and this became a pretty big task but he worked really hard on them. He gave me progress updates along the way so I never had to wonder what was going on. I felt very comfortable asking questions, which was great for a brand-new homeowner like myself. I highly recommend Shelby Mechanical, and Donaldo in particular!
