I strongly recommend Shelby Mechanical. I needed a hot water tank they said they would be here in about 2 hours and they were early. The gentleman did a great job. He made sure everything was picked up and everything was working properly. I have Shelby Mechanical in my phone book now and will call him or recommend him to anyone that needs a hot water tank.

After the 2014 flood, Shelby Mechanical installed a hydraulic sump pump and backflow check-valve in my home plumbing system. This was a major job that also required expert knowledge. I trust them.

VERY EFFICENT AND CLEAN

Installed gas line for conversion from electric stove, ran line, set up stove and checked all functions, did a nice job, only glitch he didn't relight hot water heater, :(

We hired them for a singular bathroom issue and due to their professionalism and knowledge, we hired them for additional work with our plumbing. From beginning to end, we do not regret using Shelby Mechanical. I feel I definitely got what I paid for. Justin and his crew were top notch, even my dog liked them.

The work performed by Shelby Mechanical was more than just a routine water heater installation/replacement. Additional work included the installation of a hot water recirculation system to ensure that hot water is immediately available at the farthest faucet from the water heater and subsequently all faucets/spigots along the same line. The Shelby Mechanical Technician also completed the connection of a gas line from the back of the house (previously installed) to a firepit on the patio. The work completed by the Tech was exceptional though the hot water recirculation system did throw him for a loop at first since it was his first install of this type system which I am informed is rare in Michigan. He did figure it out and all the systems he worked on perform wonderfully. The only concern I have is that I did not receive objective evidence of the water heaterâ s warranty.
