Excellent communication, and Connor was top notch, as well as Megan who initially took my call. I highly recommend Shelby Mechanical for any HVAC needs. Although they could have fixed my water heater, they suggested replacing because it was 16 years old and was just going to continue to give me problems. I appreciated the advice and it was the right decision. Connor had a trainee with him, and was just fantastic at explaining what he was doing, and why he was doing it. I find that these days customer service is lacking, but not with Shelby Mechanical.
