They were here during the time frame and did a the plumbing repairs I needed done at a reasonable price.

They were able to come out within 24 hrs, diagnosed and fixed the problem during the initial visit. We had a vent pipe above the ceiling that was never sealed properly during the initial construction causing condensation to periodically leak out which was damaging drywall. We had several other companies come out and no one was able to fix it then found Shelby Mechanical. So happy we called to finally get this fixed. Very happy with their work and customer service. The price was reasonable and under the estimated cost to fix it.

the plumber was very good. the job was in a difficult position. He had to work from the basement up to the tub faucet. Had to saw through some flooring and remove a duct and a of couple pipes.

They did a good job and fixed the same day when thery came in.

Connor was professional and polite. He knew exactly what to do. Unclogged my sink asked if I had and questions. I would definitely hire this company again and refer them to other people. Very satisfied customer. Erin was also very polite and accommodating.

Previous quote was over 1,000 dollars, but Shelby did the work well for a little over $200

Moved my laundry room upstairs. Not an easy job. Fast and methodical. Had it all complete in less than 2 days.Techs were great and wore booties to protect my floors from dirt. Also had them do work at my moms. There was an issue with the filter system I purchased on line. They went and bought another at a local retailer and just got it handled. Love that.

I am very skeptical when it comes to online reviews and look at them on Google/yelp or others i can find. I called and they showed up the next day for the scheduled appointment. Received a text of the vehicle on its way, so I knew exactly when they would get here. Marcus the tech was great. Looked at the issue (blockage), discussed price for camera and than a snake of the drain, $145. Great tech, did his job and was extremely professional. I will not hesitate to call on them again.

They were attentive to our questions, flexible with the schedule and very reasonably priced. They didnâ t try to push extra items, just did them and all within the quoted price. Fair, honest, and not trying to make a fortune off your tough situation with broken sewer pipes. Would recommend to anyone!
