While the team was nice and respectful in conversations but below are a couple of service-related comments: Shelby Mechanical website says and your team promised to provide the video, BEFORE AND AFTER, clearing the clogging in the main sewer to show the evidence. No video was provided, and when asked, we were told, it did not record so they can not provide. I spent $975, but with no camera evidence (which was promised), I am not sure if the hydrojetting service was even needed. Maybe, U-line unclogging was enough. The technician who performed service from Shelby explained that hydrojetting service is a technical work performed by at least 2 experienced technical persons. He was not sure if they are available. Then, he went to Shelby M office and came back alone, and he alone performed the service without any other help. Somehow, the whole situation does not add up to support the value for money. Also, in the basement, the team removed the stuff but was not put back in place. We were told we can do it ourselves later.

Josh was very knowledgeable about what he was doing , showed me camera images throughout the process and explained why I needed a hydro jet to clear out calcium deposits. They came back a week later with the hydro jet, cleared out the calcium, and I was very pleased to hear that there were no tree roots!

I rely on Shelby Mechanical for all of my plumbing needs! They are quick to respond, priced fairly, provide professional service and have excellent staff. My most recent service was to lower the toilet gasket due to a new floor and to repair a leak in my kitchen. Unfortunately, this happened over Easter weekend. Gabe reviewed the issues on Saturday, and arranged his schedule so they could repair everything on Tuesday. They also cleaned up everything, and made sure everything was working before they left! Gabe and Jason did an OUTSTANDING job! Shelby Mechanical and their staff are the BEST!

Non emergency repair was scheduled for the next day. Paul showed up early and waited outside until the appointment time. Inspected and tested, explained results and discussed options. Charge was very fair, far less than expected. This is a company that you can trust!

I needed a gas pipe and shutoff valve run from the basement through the floor into my kitchen so I could replace an electric range with gas. Shelby Mechanical did a great job routing the line so that it looked neat in my open ceiling basement. They exceeded the support requirements and fabricated a sturdy and great looking plate at the kitchen floor to stabilize the line. Itâ s clear that they strive to do quality work and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them.

From first contact with the scheduler and then the tech this company was professional and friendly. I needed the replacement of both master valves (each side of the meter).The tech arranged for early shutoff from the township. His arrival was timed perfectly, he efficiently removed the old gate valves, placed two quarter turn ball valves, and had the whole system back on in two hours. I highly recommend Shelby Mechanical.

I would recommend Shelby mechanical the price to install my faucet was less than other places I called they did a good job and had to install two new shut-off valves also and took the time to turn the water back on and open the outside spicket so my pipes wouldn't burst they did a lot of work and earned their money and they were very pleasant and save me some money by tightening the thing that was leaking on my shut off valve that was loose that I thought I had to get my whole valve replaced but all he did was have to tighten it someone else might have told me I needed to replace the entire thing I would hire them again
