Performance Residential Remodeling

Six months into this simple door install project and its still not complete. Since day one, we have faced missed appointments, incorrectly sized/measured product 2x, irritating collection calls for full payment, missing product, and the completely wrong product installed. Even better, the alleged owner/manager, Rich, has zero customer-service savvy and his condescending/patronizing approach to rectifying a problem only has made the situation worse!

Bosco home advisor straight forward and transparent . The most important that I like is no pressure and tell me call me anytime if I need more questions regarding the windows ( Marvin windows by Infinity) Regarding the window installer Russ his son Andrew and I believe the third guy Marty came on time the 5 days install all 43 new windows and every windows that they install each day I specifically check thoroughly the the inside and outside around the windows especially the caulking and also that they donâ  t know that I light a lighter around the window if thereâ  s air leak around surprise nothing . Now to Russ and the rest of the crew outstanding job and clean the area each day after finish the job .Very professional and The staff in the office they call me each morning to tell me that the installer are on there way. I will recommend Performance remodeling to my family and friends. Great job and my Family loves every windows 43 new windows new windows

Had a few issues but everything was resolved and i'm happy with the installation. I would hire them again. For me that's saying a lot because i'm extremely picky. I made sure the installers understood what I expected and they came through.

They have not started project yet, but this is who we picked. 0% interest payment plan for 5 years. Excellent.

Mike S came out in a snow storm to measure for new window sills for my new windows from Performance residential remodeling. He was very polite, precise and explained different options. He was supposed to come back a few days later but Tara called me from the office and he came back out and put them in later that same day. They are beautiful and very thankful for Tara working around my schedule and Mike S and his work!

The work was completed in a day. The price was good and the product looks good. It's only been a little over a month, but no issues. Will have them do other work

That did a great job to my garage

I heard about this company from a Christian radio show and thought hey lets go with them even though wallside windows was considerably less and better deals. To my dismay this company has horrible installers and unprofessional staff. The windows was underwhelming, the application of chalk and trim was substandard and poorly done. The installers do not show up on time or have workers which delayed my windows installation for weeks. One window came broken and they still installed it and put tape on it for over a month. My front window has sticky spots on them that will not come off and they refuse to do anything about it. Please do not use this company! Nothing but a headache.
