Had a safety feature on my furnace which turns off the furnace off once the door is open. Well the spring on that safety feature came off. Th owner tried to put it back on but could not and called one of his HVAC buddy to help. So he was able to just override the safety feature in order for the furnace to come back on. Told me that his HVAC buddy had a safety switch and that he would get that piece and put in on. It was Saturday when they cleaned my air ducts and the way he explains it, he was going to get the part that day or at least by Monday, Which was fine with me. So that Monday I sent the owner a text to see what was going on and never got a response. So Tuesday I sent another text saying I am waiting to hear back from you. He finally sent a text saying he will get the piece that week and said the furnace is still working? I did not know how to respond to that because the point was it is a safety feature on the furnace and that would not be put on there if it was not needed, especially when it was there when they conducted the air duct cleaning. I said okay, just wanted some feedback and yes the furnace is still working. I let a week go by and I sent the owner another text on Monday. He sent a picture back of the switch and said I got your part. I said okay and when can you put it on? No response! Wednesday I sent another text and asked again when can you put it on? He replied back saying this week. Still, nothing was done, a week later (Tuesday) I called him and spoke to him about the safety switch. He acts like it was no big deal and said it is still working correct? That is not the problem if it is working. So he told me Friday, which he never came! Have not heard from the owner or sent him a text or phone called. Decided that I am going to take care of the problem myself and to leave a review so everyone is aware of how he is not professional at all! Told me that his business is family-owned. So when you hear that you would think they would take care of families but they don?t!

Very professional! Did a great job- I recently purchased my home so not sure when ( if ever) the ducts were cleaned! I was curious how bad they were but forgot to ask and they didnâ t mention it either!

They showed up 2 HOURS LATE and without any masks or gloves. I told them very politely that I would feel more comfortable if they wore masks because my wife is pregnant (COVID can create complications in pregnancies) and I do not want to take any chances. They refused to wear a mask and said "we never wear a mask". I insisted further and they started spewing non-sense they had heard on Fox News. Ironically, it is because of such people that America does not seem that great anymore.

Obviously being a family business the two associates that work in my house were extremely courteous friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with the work that they did I would definitely hire them and over recommend them every timein the future.
