+ -1 moreTechnicians are friendly and knowledgable. However, owner Mike Koz, verbally berated me when I called to discuss concerns of price gouging of parts after the service call. Instead of discussing and coming to an understanding, he threatened to send a technician over to remove the part and then hung up on me. Worst customer service by an owner I have ever experienced. Use extreme caution when dealing with this company and discuss all pricing up front.

Description of Work: I had been away from my home for a few days and upon my return home I found the temperature of the house to be 42 degrees. I called the company phone number during the late evening hours of a Friday night and spoke with Michael Kosmalski. He asked me a few questions and was at my home the following morning at 8:00 AM, with the correct part for my furnace. He was very nice and explained things to me as he worked. He replaced the ignitor switch and he looked over the furnace to make sure everything was working properly. He was in and out of my home in 20 minutes and I have heat. Very honest, polite and good looking too!
