Joe was very professional, courteous, and nice. He was very helpful, explained what going on, and why. He got the air conditioner working again, but because it was over 30 years old it would not stay working. My son is very medically fragile and Joe worked late to get us taken care of and put in a new air conditioner.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would wholeheartedly give Joe a rating of 100 !! This man is a Veteran and very professional to say the least. When the temperatures were near 90 he worked us in and got our 35 year old AC working at less than half of what others were charging and he did NOT tell me I needed to replace the AC unit or any major parts. He was in and out in a short period and we now have our air conditioning working wonderfully. Thank you very much, Joe!!! You are the best and I will recommend you to anyone and everyone!!

My spouse left the cover on the AC and the central AC unit was humming. The unit is old and we expected to have a replacement. Joe, the owner, came out on 5-27-2020 and told us what a fine old simple unit it was ( without electronic control boards to burn out) and that he thought he could fix the problem. That is what he did for a few hundred dollars. He was honest, personable and took pride in the fact that he did his best to serve the customer even though he could do better financially if he chose to do so. One other thing he mentioned is that he tries to stock the most popular parts so that he did not have to return later that day or another day to complete the job. It took him 2 minutes to get our part from his truck. We are very fortunate to have found him on Home Adviser.
