Joe was fantastic! He came on pretty short notice, was very thorough and detailed in explaining what the issue was with my furnace. He even bandaged up a couple of other things free of charge! Can't recommend him enough.

Joe is a hard worker. Stayed for several hours to complete the job and didn't charge anything additional. He's main interest was to make sure we had hear. Also had on a mask to ensure our safety. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone who needed work done, he's honest and very pleasant. I'm glad I found him.

Hire IGuard already. Joe was as good as you could ever expect from someone doing repairs on any aspect of your home. He took the time to explain in detail what the issue was, what he was going to do about it, and answer any questions I had. I honestly dont think I have ever had a better experience with someone doing repairs in my home. Joe was polite, got back to me quickly, and came over for the repairs the next day. He explained how much and for what I was going to be paying and even offered to come back and re run some drain pipe for just a minimal cost of I didnt end up liking the way he ran it while he was onsite. Solid honest and prompt. I am homeowner and was informed of this prob by my tenants who are very much on top of things. I didn t want our HVAC/ aC issue /leakage which was inadvertently discovered by another crew to cause damages. I did my research and Joe was highly rated and everything everyone said spot on. I reached out to him and he responded immediately and even said he could come out SAME day. I had reached out to prior company that had taken care of it and they gave me three weeks appt. Joe at IGuard Air and Heating promptly responded to my urgent need to repair my AC. Since I have an older unit, I expected Joe would show up and tell me I need a total AC replacement. He did NOT do this. Joe informed me going into the work that he would do his best to repair whatever he could to keep me from having to spend thousands on a replacement. Joe was extremely honest and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired my AC in under 45 minutes and it cost me a small fraction of what I would have paid for a replacement.
