They did a very good job. They were prompt, reliable, and the price was reasonable.

The guys that did the work were really nice guys, they didn't work very fast, but they were good to work with. We had three main problems: 1) Cost -- we made the mistake of letting them work 'time and material' and the company took us for double what the verbal estimate was. Then they threatened to put a lien on our house if we didn't pay. 2) Timeline -- they held up our project for weeks. The company bit off more than they could chew and on two different occasions our project was held up for multiple weeks waiting for them to come back. 3) Residual problems -- an outlet in our master bedroom (behind our dresser) was left hanging out of the box with exposed wires; and, the we can't get the light in our mudroom closet to work anymore.

The electrician found a way to accomplish the metering changes we needed at a fraction of the cost we anticipated. We were very impressed with his intelligent approach to our unusual problem. It was a small job after he figured out the situation, so we said 'no hurry, do it when you are in the neighborhood' and he came by a couple of weeks later and did it. We'll use Olson Electric again the next time we need electrical work done.

They checked out the fan to make sure it would operate properly and then installed a new switch, which works fine. Very nice, professional. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Overall, everything went great with Olson. Afterwards, I was specially pleased with the very reasonable bill.

They were prompt, accurate and were fast with time and material. It's a family business and they have 3 generations of electricians working; whereas, the parent company has about 2 generations of electricians working for them. They are 2 families and do a good job. I will use them again in the future.

I've used them for a number of years and they are consistent. They are very, very good. They charge market price and they don't gouge. He did a beautiful job with the heated flooring. He wasn't outrageous. He bills me in small amounts. They are real professional and all his employees are clean cut. They do their work and they leave. There is nothing weird about them. They are all licensed. They are very polite. I will absolutely use him again.
