BEST MAINTENANCE & LAWN CARE

They are good. They are a little bit expensive. I have a contract with them for snow removal during winter and garden maintenance during the summer.

Well, it didn't go well for the most part. I felt the lawn mowing was adequate. I had asked them to reduce the number of times mowing from every week to every 2 weeks, which it took them forever to change. So I paid for several extra lawn mowings. Where it got ugly was when I asked if they did yard cleanup, such as dog poo, litter, leaves etc. and was told they did. I asked for them to do that and to fix a deep rut that was in my front lawn that was left there when a friend got stuck when the yard was soft in the spring. They charged me $100 for this. I'm not sure what they really did. No dog poo was cleaned up. I understand that's a disgusting task but that's why I asked for the service and was willing to pay for it. They did say they do this. There was still litter in my yard. All i could determine that they did was partially fill in the rut left by the tire in my lawn and spray it with that combo seed/fertilizer stuff that is green. The rut was still deep enough to break your ankle in. I also noticed that staff smelled of alcohol on one occasion. I did not take them on regarding the poor service, I just figured live and learn, and won't ever use them again.

Their services were OK, however, I repeatedly asked them to cut the lawn less frequently (every other week instead of every week) with minimal success. Therefore they were not responsive to my needs.
