 + -1 morePrompt arrival time. Quickly assessed the issue and restored water flow on hot side when we had none. The promise to get smart on our particular system will keep me returning to them for work needed.
Description of Work: Arrived at residence promptly, in spite of a festive New Year's Eve with family. Took care of water flow problem and he promised to research our tankless water heater on his own in order to further is own professional knowledge on our specific model so that if problems occur in the future he'd be more apt to quickly diagnose and make repairs. I liked that.
