Description of Work: I have the up most respect and gratitude for mark for coming out and fixing our furnace on time and on budget. I would recommend his company to anyone in need of an hvac company.

Description of Work: Mark the owner was GREAT! On Halloween our furnace went down...Mark came out on a Saturday and a Holiday, did not charge us for Overtime or weekend pay. He was professional, nice and caring. He was Honest and didn't want to nickel and dime us. He had to come back the next week and only charged us for cost of the equipment, which I couldn't believe! He was very knowledgable about our water heater even though it is from 1955. I won't go with anybody else now and will trust him to help us install our next furnace when we are ready. I also will refer him to my friends and family.Thanks Mark!

Description of Work: Replace cooling coils , serviced AC unit

Description of Work: Got the 20 point inspection for $75. Mark messaged me the next day that he could make it out on Monday to do the job. Called on Monday to let me know he was on his way. Mark arrived and got the job done in a timely fashion with a great attitude. He fixed a small leak and added some freon. I would recommend Mark and will definitely use his business again.

Description of Work: We contacted Mark, the owner and contractor of Platinum Choice as we had purchased a whole house Honeywell generator. Mark was listed as a preferred contractor for Honeywell. He gave us a quote,( many dollars under other contractors' quotes), and we contracted him for the install. The work was done quickly and professionally and they were very clean, very respectful of our property and kept us informed as to the progress. After the install of the generator, we decided to install a new high effeciecny furnace and we were very pleased with that work as well. Mark took care of all the paper work needed to qualify us for our discount from the utility comapanies, and we have already received that discount! The house is warm and cozy! The worry of no electricity when the power goes out is gone, and we are SO happy we found this very qualified and reasonably priced contractor. Would highly recommend him!!!!!
