AMADEUS REMODELING & CONSTRUCTION

We have severe storm damage caused from a storm. Amadeus was called to provide an estimate to us and our insurance company. The gentleman that came to our house was very thourgh and friendly. He promised to have an estimate for us and our insurance company within a matter of days, which my husband and I were excited about because we really liked our contact. Well, we are now at 3 weeks later and I have not seen an estimate. I left a voicemail with my contact as well and have not received a returned phone call. This is our house, our life and where family memories are made. If Amadeus was not interested in the job or felt that it was too much to take on, they should have emailed or phoned me to let me know so that I could immediately continue my search for a contractor.

Amadeus was exceptional. The quote and bills were very detailed. We never felt like we were being billed for something that was not correct. They worked with us carefully to plan the project exactly. Scott knows his stuff and made great suggestions all through the project. His ideas were always helpful. His workers were very clean-cut and polite. If something was not exactly right (my husband is pretty fussy) they corrected it to our satisfaction. He uses high quality materials. The quality of the work was terrific. We love everything about our new bathroom. They really want it to be right for you. For example, they would not install things like towel bars until we decided and marked exactly where we wanted it. I would not go anywhere else for remodeling work.
