Description of Work: My furnace went out.Mark was out right away. Diagnosed the problem and made temporary repairs to get us heat that day. Came back with his report and several options along with estimate of cost for each. I made my choice and completed the work quickly and exactly as he promised. I don't know how much more you could ask of a service provider. He is my guy for future use. That says it all.

+ -1 moreI got their referal from a neighbor across the street who had used them. Advanced Appliance is a great husband and wife team. I got an appointment within two days of calling them. She was great about getting me scheduled as fast as possible. He came down to my home from Sand Lake and was able to repair three broken appliances in less than 3 hours! He came fully prepared and had the replacement parts on his truck. I watched him fix each appliance and was amazed. He knew exactly how to take them apart, find the issue, and quickly fix it. I'll definitely use them again!
