Description of Work: THe whole story is, They will be building a house for us. To this point, the experience has generally been a good one. I some respects we are ahead of the game as far a picking out materials (Granite, cabinets, flooring, etc.) in others, not so much. With the economy in Slow growth and interst rates low, we are one of Many families trying to build a house for our special needs family member. Peters has, I believe, 41 houses currently on their build schedule and had been doing a great job of managing and balancing crews, schedules and material supplies. However, the Market finally caught up to them and forced them to reevaluate promised closing dates so that they could maintain their reputation for quality construction at the right price. We understand and, in fact, commend them for a not so popular postion to delay closing dates. So, we are currently marking up prints, and waiting for the start of excavation on our lot. We will be happy to update our experience with Peters building when the house is built and we are moved in. Look for that reveiw next September 2014.
