ORMSBY ELECTRIC

We had an urgent electrical issue on a Friday, and were scrambling to find an electrician before the weekend. I called Ormsby and Mary was able to have someone at my house within an hour or so. They were honest, professional, and quick. I would recommend them to friend and family.

1-11-16 just called for an estimate. first she said on the phone they don't do estimates for a small job like my project. (wire a half bath). I then told her its a newly constructed bath and I need all the electrical for it. I told her i had someone else do the work and it didn't pass inspection so i am hiring someone else to start over. She didn't want to do it. WASTE OF TIME CALLING!!! SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO HIRE LOCAL BUSINESSES!

Called 1-16-15 for an elecitrical estimate. Told the lady over the phone what i needed done. Said they could look at it and give me a ballpark. i wanted a firm price, not ballpark. she said they would only do about 20-30 minutes of looking around at no charge and if they had to go in the attic it would be $100!!!! Then she wanted to know my time frame and i said a quote now and start in a week or so. She said they were busy with a commerical project then they starting a custom home and probably won't have time to do mine. So she refered me to someone else. That phone conversation wasted 10 minutes of my time I know who NOT to call next time!

They are very courteous, friendly and trustworthy.

Extremely professional. Wanted very much to make us happy. Willingly made changes as asked. Always punctual and pleasant. Very honest and upfront. We are extremely happy with the results and would definately use again.
