We are extremely happy with EH's performance. 1) The completed work has provided us with everything we wanted. 2) In every case, all of the personnel who came into our home--sometimes for several days--were professional, friendly, and competent. 3) At one point our house presented a complexity (how to merge new HVAC equipment with a pre-existing zoning setup) that seemed to threaten the chance of continuing with a zoned house (ie dividing our house into 3 sections, each with independent temperature controls/ducts). "I hired AJ‘s company for work back in October. Lots of no calls/no-shows; he probably delayed the project three months. Still waiting on a final inspection for occupancy certificate, electrical plumbing and fire have been done for a while. I finally called the city myself and a permit was never pulled by Tri-State despite him reassuring me that he had a permit and was at the city offices, figuring it out. He won’t return my calls, and I made the mistake of paying for the work when it was completed instead of waiting for the inspection. Do not hire."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
