Excellent! Jackie is very professional - knows exactly what to do and is a wealth of knowledge about bushes, planting and landscaping. I left the particulars up to her and she did outstanding. Very pleased with the results.

Jackie and crew did great work. The design and plant/shrub/tree choices are beautiful and customized by Jackie to my general preferences as well as the location of the bed/work area. The crew was professional, courteous and prompt. Work was done quickly and efficiently and price was very competitive.

I wander my garden every morning with my 1st cup of coffee. The front garden is such a pleasure to see. The plantings are varied in style and color. There are four specimen-style trees with underplantings. Done with a style and panache beyond my capabilities. SO beautiful!

Jackie and her crew did a beautiful job on the landscaping at our house. They were extremely efficient and friendly. Jackie’s eye and knowledge of landscape design is unbelievable. They went above and beyond what I asked of them. We are so happy with the job they did!!

Excellent! They not only put in flowers in my front area each year, but will come back and do maintenance when needed, such as weeding and cleaning up in the fall. The landscaper has a eye for what goes with what, with only minimal suggestions from me (which is what I like). They put in a relatively new hydrangea, which is white to begin with and turns into a gorgeous pink toward the end of the summer.

Jackie was excellent as was her staff. We are so pleased with the results and cannot believe our yard can look so great. Not only did she do our yard border, but also she redid our rock garden that was as we bought it 50 years ago! It looks amazing now!

Jackie is amazing. We were ecstatic when she took us on as clients. She has revived our quite plain landscaping by adding gorgeous plants and trees creating pops of color that change through each season. She knows exactly where to place everything to create just the right ambiance. Every day I am amazed when I see all she has done. I honestly could spend the entire day enjoying our property now. Jackie listens to what you want and goes above and beyond expectations with her delivery. She is truly a professional with an artistic eye that is rarely seen. I recommend her 100%!

Jackie finished the original planting in October of 2017. We had her come back this Fall and add some bulbs to the garden. Once again, Jackie was amazing and full of great ideas. She is incredibly knowledgeable! We are once again looking forward to seeing what "comes up" in the garden this spring and summer to enhance this beautiful space she has created for our son.

Jackie and her team were fabulous! I had a year's worth of growth in my backyard and 70's bushes in the front that they cleaned up beautifully! We will go with a phase II to complete some work to plant but she has a wonderful vision and attention to detail that can not be beat!

Our boxwoods were completely out of control. Jackie did an outstanding job reshaping them and pointing out area our trees needed to be trimmed. We are extremely pleased with the results. Her team works hard and efficiently. We were amazed at the amount of work they were able to do in such a short period of time. We will be using Herbal Thymes on a regular basis.

Jackie and her crew work very efficiently and diligently. Jackie is very knowledgeable about plants too which is very helpful in a garden full of different plants and shrubs like mine. She's done this work for me now two years in a row. All the landscaping around my house looks professional and beautiful. And it was quite the jungle last year before she and her crew started working on it! I highly recommend using her services

Great Job by Jackie and her team! They created and executed a beautiful design in my yard. What was on once a weed infested overgrown mess, now looks like a beautiful park. They worked hard to make it perfect and her team of young men were very nice and professional. Jackie has a real eye for beautiful landscape design. Very happy with her work!!

The whole experience was a nightmare. She came late to perform the job, delay the listing of my house, she resisted my wishes the whole time ( I preffered the plants somewhere and she wanted them somewhere else..., arguing with me} needless to say she subcontracted therefore there were many different guys working on the day and a half that the whole job lasted. For most of the time, to our surprise, she wasn’t there, she went out to buy the plants while the employees were working the soil, and the second day, from 8 to around 4, she was there only a couple of hours.= just to get paid. Completely unprofessional. The employees were completely unsupervised therefore we had to supervise and many of the plants died, because they weren’t fertilized properly. But wait, there is more. After a couple of months she called me saying that she made a mistake and I owed her $2000 for the job. I couldn’t believe it. We revised the invoice and we couldn’t find such difference. She claimed that had worked additional hours.I told her about the dried pines in the front and I said I would have it looked with a lawyer, but first she has to replace the pines as established in the contract. I didn’t hear anymore from her. She still has to do that. Needless to say everything is documented. I had to insist in only contacting by mail. Below are the pictures of the dried pines. Each one costed to me around 175.

Great once the job was scheduled (that took a bit of back and forth to get done). Dirt / mulch was delivered on time, crew arrived on time and worked hard. Owner was present through bulk of the job and directed what needed to be done. Shrubs and bushes were in great shape - very nice quality, bed was well prepared. Overall very beautiful job - neighbors and friends have given us unsolicited compliments. Definitely planning on hiring this company again - very, very pleased!

I think the plantings are beautiful. I did talk to Jackie Wallace, the owner of the company. I didn't realize until well into the job that my Angie's List purchase would only cover a portion, a small percentage of the work that was done. I would have preferred to know how much more the price would have been prior to the work being done. We got that sorted out. She did a lovely job. She worked with me to reduce the cost some. I was happy overall with the experience. Not having a total plan going into it is the only thing that brings it down.

She was very detailed and listed all of the plants that would be included.

Jackie and her team did a great job giving my in-ground flower beds the care they desperately needed. It is so much nicer to spend time in my outdoor space now.

Her work added a great amount of beauty and curb appeal, all my neighbors were impressed. Jackie was very knowledgeable and gave me good ideas on what and how to do things. She also has access to other specialists (eg., arborist) who advised us on tree's

Very well - Jackie & her crew are excellent. She has excellent knowledge of plants, shrubs & trees. She can make you property look very eye appealing and with minimal upkeep. Do yourself a favor and hire Jackie - you won't be sorry.
