As I?m sitting in the house I worked my butt off for and love so much, I can?t help but to constantly look at the one thing I wanted in this place, heated concrete floors. As I look, I get so mad because of the work that they did, what they said was a grind and seal, what we gave them another opportunity to fix and they still sucked. I wish they were just upfront and said they didn?t know what they?re doing and maybe then I would understand. This floor scratches if you look at it. I still have dust marks on my wall because the lack of dust collection they used. Every corner is still untouched because they don?t have the right equipment. Stay away. I?ve tried to call their corporate but this is obviously a garage flake franchise that says they know what they?re doing but don?t. Just by typing this after working 16 hours (to hopefully pay someone to redo this one day). The lack off accountability and customer service at this place is unimaginable.

I do not often, if ever, leave reviews yet this situation required one.... This is an amazing company! Jeff completed the coating on my garage floor in 2019 - fast forward to 2025 and I noticed one small area near the step that was delaminating. I reached out to Jeff, sent a few photos and Jeff came out right away and fixed the floor all under warranty without any cost to me. It is hard to find reliable products and even harder to find reliable contractors that stand by their work. This product is reliable and Jeff is very dependable. If you are looking for a product that will last and a contractor that will stand by the product and support you six years later then look no further - call Jeff!

We threw THOUSANDS of dollars away and are so disappointed that our floors look like absolute trash. Jeff is completely unethical, refused to take any accountability & does not know what he is doing when it comes to finishing concrete. Save your sanity & your dollars and completely avoid this company at all costs. I cannot even begin to explain the nightmare experience we had with this company & Jeff Stall. We hired Global Garage to grind & seal our concrete floors in our new home garage (finished living space). He quoted our floors sight unseen & when he came out to grind & seal the floors initially, he said the floors had paint overspray on them but he could still finish the floors. With a grind sea you would be grinding the concrete down enough anyway that it would remove any paint overspray. He proceeded to do the job, despite it being way out of his realm of knowledge and expertise then blamed it on us and said it was the worst concrete he has seen. We hired a professional because we wanted someone to professionally make our floors look great. Part of being a professional is willing to walk away from something if you feel you cannot complete the work or if you need to readjust a quote. When we came out after his first day of work, it looked like he sanded the floors instead of grinding them. He continued to assure us that everything was fine, despite us questioning that he did not grind down enough & that we suggested rescheduling due to rain in the forecast (did not have garage doors installed yet to protect the floors). After he finished, it was clear he did not use the right equipment to do the grinding. It was more like a light sand & we still had chunks of drywall mud that he sealed over for the finished product we had red & white paint and blotchy marks all over inside the house & the garage. In addition, there was clear evidence of water from the rain coming in during the process & it completely tarnished the look in one area of the garage. He also did not finish around the corners of the walls leaving white exposed which looked terrible. Jeff came out to evaluate the floors & agreed he could have done a better job; would redo the inside because we had over 40 spots with raised drywall mud that his grinder missed and he sealed over. No sealant or solution was put in between slabs to seal/prevent dirt, etc. from getting into the seams either. An absolute nightmare having this inside your living space like this. Jeff came out to redo the inside portion of our house. He ordered new blades which confirms he did not have the right equipment the first time around. Although it looks a bit better than before, it was still not done correctly. You can tell his grinder did not grind evenly & he still left corners with white exposed. On top of that, I cannot even begin to explain the nightmare we are still dealing with dust all over our professionally painted walls, brand new light fixtures, windows, & more. We have had to pay a professional cleaning company to come out multiple times to help clean up the mess that was made and my professionally painted walls are left with streaks and marks because there was no other solution besides mopping the walls to take care of the residual dust. He agreed to redo our garage at a later date, but after seeing how the inside has held up & several delays it caused in our build, we did not feel confident in his work & that it would not t worth having him back out to redo the garage (plus he expected us to pay him again to redo the garage that he did not do correctly the 1st time). He gave us a slight discount off, which does not accommodate for the job that was done. I contacted Jeff after inquiring about a free quote for a flooring coating. Jeff showed up that week and provided me with a detailed quote, explained the process, color options and provided me with a very reasonable price. Jeff did not pressure sell and was very professional and friendly to not only myself but my wife also. Jeff provided me with all the needed literature and contact information for follow up. A few days later I spoke with Jeff who scheduled me an appointment within two weeks. Leading up to the scheduled install date Jeff stayed in contact and confirmed the appointment. Jeff stated they would arrive between 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM and promptly arrived at 8:00 AM. Jeff introduced me to his partner, Pat, who was very friendly. Jeff and Pat worked for the next several hours completing the job. It looks fantastic. They did a great job cleaning up and prior to leaving Jeff explained the expectations for the next few days until the product was fully dry. I would highly recommend this company as Jeff and Pat did an awesome job. I will update my review in a few weeks with how the floor coating has held up yet I do not have any concerns.

Cleaned up afterwards. Did no damage to my new paint work and or white cupboards. Came on time, gave good instructions on when we could move items back in. Pleasant to work with. Knowledgeable. A pleasure to do business with. I just love my new garage floor.

This company has a fantastic product and applies it with workmanship and precision. They helped me with a tight schedule and did a fantastic job. When the job was completed and I had a minor issue with the surface finish they came back and fixed the issue and gave me complete satisfaction. Will likely use at our new construction as well!
