Afterword, Tribble kept me in the loop as to what to expect. When I made my color choices, one turned out to be a poor choice. Tyler made a recommendation that turned out to be great. The painting crew arrived on time each day. They were all very professional and polite. A great bunch of guys. One of the project managers, Aaron, went through all they were going to be doing. As a senior, they did not want me to move the heavy furnishings. At the end of each day, they made sure that I had full access to the kitchen, my living room recliner and TV, and bedroom furniture. When completed, I notice something was accidentally missed. I let them know and Aaron was out first thing the next day to finish it. All in all, a great experience for what could be a very stressful situation. I will recommend Tribble Painting to anyone who asks for a painting company recommendation."

"The entire team at Woodbrook are true professionals. We found them a few years ago when we needed our deck refinished. That work alone would have been enough for a great review, our deck looks brand new after every service, I think they've done it three times now. After some recent interior remodeling and other upgrades we needed some interior paint work done so with the satisfaction we had with their deck service, I gave them a call. Ryan was quick to respond (as always) and after coming out to take a look at the job, promptly sent over a quote and we were put into their schedule. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the work was scheduled. We were contacted in advance to confirm when the team would arrive and they were here on time and ready to go on the agreed upon Monday start date. Upon arrival, Ryan walked through the project with me and his team again just to confirm the scope, then walked the team through it once more just to make sure all were on the same page. As the project kicked off I realized there was some additional work I'd like to get done and asked for an additional quote. That quote was returned the same afternoon and the additional work was added into the overall project, no problems, no need for reschedule, they just took care of business.The team arrived on time each day and went to work. Drop cloths were used everywhere and all furniture and counters were covered with plastic sheeting. So, 3 days later, 15 double-hung window sashes, a door wall and complete repaint on a remodeled half bath, the team finished up. Anything they took down was reinstalled, all the floors were cleaned up and all remaining paint marked and left for future touch up. A true five-star job! I just can't say enough good about this entire experience! If you need paint or stain work done, you needn't look any further than the team at Woodbrook!"

They weren’t our cheapest option but their unique cost-plus process of contracting, clear & transparent labor rates and discounts saved us thousands on our projects. We have never seen a company operate in this manner, but it just made complete sense to us, and it works extremely well. Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well.
