Quality Craftsman's Wood Shop

We have an oak dining room table that was over 25 years old, and was used for more than just dinner (work bench, chopping board, etc.), and the surface was in terrible shape (gouges, scrapes and scratches). Randy sanded it down, routed the edges, re-stained, and put a protective lacquer on the damaged table top (legs and chairs were just fine) . We had our table top back 10 days from the day we took it in. It's a beautiful and professional job that he did, and he perfectly matched the stain color. It's just like brand new. The 2 other refinishers we contacted were located a minimum of 40 miles from our home (Randy's shop is located in our home town), and told us that we'd have to bring it in--it would be approximately 6 weeks before they could get to it. They also wanted a fee of over twice what we paid to Randy's shop. We're completely satisfied with the work done, and the fact the our requests were followed to a tee. Our next furniture project will go to Randy.
