Description of Work: 18 windows in and out

Description of Work: We have used Tami Gage's company for a couple years off and on to clean our home. They would typically send 3 people on the crew and bill us $60.00 per hour (or $20.00 per hour per person). Ms. Gage would bill us for an hour totaling $180.00. There quality of work was below average at best, like you could tell they were rushing and being superficial, certainly not going above and beyond. Be aware also Ms. Gage finds it appropriate to bill additional time for unloading and loading vehicles and in our case she routinely added 15 minutes (for 3 crew members). When I questioned this up-charged bill inflation to Ms. Gage she was very aggressive and hostile, but reluctantly adjusted the bill to the correct amount. Overall Ms. Gage is very difficult to work with

Description of Work: They cleaned my house for me - almost like a spring clean - but in January.

Description of Work: Requested: Deep cleaning of every internal surface (except floors) to ensure nicotene removal. Result: Most surfaces were cleaned satisfactorily, but some, most notably some ceilings and doors, did not appear to be cleaned very thoroughly, as evidenced by dust and cobwebs. | |Requested: Cleaning of heating ducts. Result: Done satisfactorily, as far as I can tell. | |Requested: Clean ASAP. Result: Delivered! Excellent! | |Requested: Take your time and do a really good job. Result: Seemed to rush, so the job seemed less complete than expected. | |Comments: Call the Mrs. (Tami) was responsive, professional, and pleasant to work with. She seemed to understand what was expected and talked as if they would be able to do a top notch job. I might use Call the Mrs. again, but probably after exploring other options first. My recommendation to others would be to be very clear about what you expect, and inspect the results before signing off. To be fair, I didn't give Call the Mrs. a chance to come back and redo the unsatisfactory parts of the job, due to my own time constraints.

Description of Work: Didn't hire provider. Price was higher than we expected - more like a commercial, not a residential, rate. It covered window cleaning, housecleaning and upholstery touch up cleaning for a three bedroom house. Seemed very professional, however, came to the house to make the estimate. Gave us a handwritten estimate while at the house but didn't follow up with one in writing by e-mail.Her window cleaning staff is different from her housekeepers - the former are insured for ladders, for example, but housekeepers are not.
