I called to get a quote on some leaf clean up and disposal. He quoted me 40 dollars per man hour and 100 per 10 yards for disposal. He came and looked at the lawn. They performed the job just before Thanksgiving. When I got the bill, it was higher than I thought. I looked closely, and saw that the disposal was originally 200 dollars was gone over with a pen. He had changed the 2 to a 3 thus charging more than the disposal rate that was quoted. He never sent a quote on paper only through a phone conversation. Therefore, I stress you get a handwritten quote from this company before doing business. I made a copy of the bill inquiring about the change, but heard nothing back from them.
