Good - finished same day.

Our furnace quit working in the middle of the night. I called Chasco first thing in the morning. I was told that a technician would arrive before Noon. He never showed up!!!!!! I ended up calling Hagar Fox and buying a new furnace from them.

This was a follow up fix to putting in a new furnace a couple of years ago. It was the Mr Rooter branch of the Chasco business. He was very professional and clean and so quiet we hardly knew he was here.

Chaco was very quick to respond to our needs and extremely courteous; they went above and beyond when our furnace quit. Absolutely amazing workmanship, very professional and informative throughout the emergency!

Excellent. Called them at night, they came right over. Had a pump with him. Installed that pump and then returned later in the week to install an emergency pump. Very professional. Had to fit the pump to the discharge pipe and just did a nice job. This repair was $400.00 and I thought that very reasonable. I've used them for my furnace check each winter and they always do a very good job. A little high on the cost of this project. But not completely out of line.

The funace would not turn on after the service cleaning was provided. Call Consumers to come and service. They detected a leak on the intake line which would have been serviced during Chasco's cleaning. Consumers also stated that burners were not cleaned which should have been on the service cleaning provided by Chasco. I called Chasco and informed them calmly what Consumers had informed me. After I told Chasco of what had happend the response given by Chasco: "Okay". No other response was received, no apology, no rembursiment on payment.

They have been in this area for decades and still work on radiators and boilers. This company is really good at what they do; my advice to others is to establish a relationship with them before you have an emergency because they are really busy. I will use them again in the future.
