 + -1 moreThe property wasn't the mainstream of what all clients are looking for but had some great features. They focused on those features and expanded the marketing channels to bring people in from many different areas: both traditional and creative. It ended up that we found a buyer that actually paid cash and had a mortgage for part of the cost. They prepared the purchase agreement and worked with the mortgage company.
Description of Work: The provider sold my house. They were very creative in the way they looked for a multitude of potential clients. They looked for people with mortgages, land contract clients, etc. and used many marketing channels.

 + -1 moreDon't go through an online service that is outsourced to another country which does not have anyone available to speak with whom has English as their primary language. Prior to finding Greg and Team 24/7, I attempted to ask questions, which I thought to be important. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. In previous "closings," in the purchase of a home, occupancy rights, took place the next business day. However, with the other company even though Greg and Team 24/7 used and followed their terms, conditions, and contract, it took better than a month for the closing to 'post.' Greg stayed on them, only to learn that there was something 'not right' in the wording of "THEIR CONTRACT!!!!!" Greg and Brandie, as well as Team 24/7, assertively, worked to get the closing through, speaking and working almost daily, to get done, what needed to get done for us. I, truly, thank them all for their hard work and dedication. Would I recommend their services again? IN A HEART BEAT! Team 24/7, Greg Flatt, and Brandie will forever be at the top of my list of recommendations.
Description of Work: We had, unfortunately, experienced a foreclosure and were in desperate need to find a new home, as we had several farm animals, which were in need of housing. We identified a piece of property and home, which was within our financial reach. The listing was brokered online, via a Mid Eastern company. My first contact with them was incomprehensible. A friend gave me Greg's contact information and background in regards to his dedication and "24/7" work ethic. When I shared this information with my husband, the call was made. After ten minutes speaking with Greg, there was no doubt that Greg Flatt and his team were the ONLY real estate group my husband and I would consider working with. Greg and his associate, Brandie, took over while my husband and I worked on other issues. The offer, review, acceptance, and closing was a nightmare. Had Greg and Brandi and his Team 24/7 not been representing us, we would still be without a home. Greg, Brandie and Team 24/7 went the extra mile (+1000 more! ) to do the right thing for us and our family. I, as well as my husband would be honored, privileged, and blessed to share his gifts, talents, skills, and ethical values with anyone, in need of financial and/or realty/realtor needs! Greg Flatt and his team 24/7 gets, purely 110% from my husband, Dave and me.
