SEAVERS HOME MAINTENANCE

Description of Work: We have called Mike before when we needed various handyman services provided at our home. We have been pleased with the work he performed in the past and therefore called him again. Mike was prompt about returning my call to schedule the work. Before the work began, he came to the house to identify the projects I had noted in my voicemail. He then called back to give me the price for the job. This time we had a list of four projects: replace toilet seat in guest bath, dig up four clumps of grasses in frontyard, replace 8 floodlights connected to outdoor motion detectors, and clean out all gutters around our 1 1/2 story home. Mike came at the scheduled time and was very organized about assigning projects to his crew. As one man started work on replacing the toilet seat, a second man started cleaning out the gutters using both air and water pressure. Mike and I walked around the house to confirm location of floodlights. Then Mike started to dig up the grasses while a fourth man started to replace floodlights. It took four men about 1 1/2 hours to complete these four projects. If there were any questions, the men rang the front bell to confirm information with me before proceeding. My husband and I are very satisfied with the job, start to finish, and will continue to use this company in the future.
