POINTE LAMP AND LIGHTING

I needed an arm repaired / glued on a Sorelle chandelier. I get a phone call a week later from the owner asking me why he had my name and number on his desk. I reminded him of the broken arm of my chandelier that I had left with thim the week before. Two more weeks go by and I haven't heard a word, so I call him and ask if my chandelier is ready. He replies that it is not. I mention that it has been 3 weeks and if he is too busy, I will come in to get it. He reassures me that he will have it done by the next day. He does. I go into the shop to pick it up. He says to me that he glued it the night before "and held it for two hours until my finger prints wore off". But when he returned the next morning, the arm had slipped and what remained was a terrible repair, but permanant. He told me to tie a ribbon around the glued area to hide the break and had the nerve to charge me $20. I know it's not alot of money, but it took weeks of waiting... for a really bad repair and no apologies from him. I wouldn't buy a light bulb from the guy - Marty.

one swicth was replaced, the other lamp swicth, Marty cleaned it up and felt it did`nt need to be replaced at this time. both lamps work great.
