Description of Work: They have done work for us three times over the past 5 - 7 years. They are very thorough and go the extra mile. Their prices are very good and they do a lot of work for the money. All of their people are friendly and hard workikng and represent the company well. John Karoutsos, the owner routinely visits the jobsite to see how the project is going and usualy knocks on the door to give a progress report. They cleaned up after well after the work. This is how a small company should be run!

 + -1 moreThey were incredibly easy to work with, from start to finish. They did an excellent job. All the men who worked here were easygoing, flexible through lots of color changes (!), quiet, and respected my property and landscaping. They suggested extra things I had not asked for (like removing the porch light and painting behind it) and were incredibly detailed. They did tons of prep work, including washing the upstairs siding with soap and scrub brushes. It took them a week longer than they originally estimated, but there were some days of rain when they couldn't work. I would recommend them without any reservation at all!
Description of Work: Exterior of house, including 2nd story siding, all shutters, windows, garage door, gutters and downspouts, doors, garage interior and shed.
