Mr. Furnace Heating and Cooling

Just replaced our whole house AC unit. Shopped around with three companies and settled on Mr. Furnace..WOW, good call on my part. Not only did I get the best price for a top of the line TRANE furnace and TRANE humidifier, I got two expert installers at my house for the work, Anthony and Jerry. It took a total of five hours, start to finish, and they did a great job! The copper and electrical outside from the new AC unit to inside the house looks very neat, clean and professional, as does the same inside where it all marries up to the furnace. The guys spread tarps in my house to protect my kitchen floor and living room carpeting, which I appreciated. When done, all was cleaned up, both outside and inside to my 100% satisfaction. I also dealt on the phone three or four times with the staff while getting everything arranged, and they were all beyond amazing...so professional and attentive to my questions and concerns, including pulling the permit for me from the City. Bottom line is I'm very happy with Mr. Furnace and the product and service they provided me, and have no hesitation recommending this company. No, I'm not related to the company, and received nothing from them for this review....LOL.

He was a total rip off. He gave me a price three times more. They were not friendly. I would never go with their company. I also wanted chimney liner. But I wanted someone with a permit. The chimney liner was about $600 or so and he told me that it was $3000. They gas leak repair was about $500. They came right out. They were professional.

The whole process was as smooth and painless as I could have expected. Of course, it was a major job with considerable work to be done but the whole Mr. Furnace team really delivered. Mr Furnace staffed the job so that it was completed within the initially quoted time frame (with the exception of the system charge which must be done at a higher ambient temperature), which I really appreciated. The crew also worked with me every step of the way to ensure the installation met with my expectations. The owner also came out on several occasions to ensure the work was being done to his seemingly high standards. I really am pleased with how the project went. It was very stressful to find a competent and trustworthy contractor to do such a big job - I found them with Mr. Furnace and will use them again for any further HVAC needs.

Mark arrived right on time and provided a thorough inspection. He was very patient with every question I asked. It's a new home so I wasn't familiar with my furnace. I had a detailed list of information I was looking to gather (ratings, longevity, etc) and he could not have been more helpful. He was able to complete the task at hand while accommodating my questions. He also noticed that my a/c unit was cutting on, which he thoroughly looking into of his own accord. He pointed out the thermostat which may need replacing. He didn't push the service on me, just provided the information. I chose to question if he could complete this for me as well, which he agreed to at a reasonable cost. Once the project was completed, he showed me how to change the filter on the furnace, which was a previous frustration of mine. He really took the extra step to ensure I was taken care of. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to contact them again when the need may arise.

Only vendor able to perform service on day of my call. The technician was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The problem with A/C was diagnosed in minutes with the repair taking about half an hour. After the repair, a service check was performed at no additional cost. Only drawback was they were 45 minutes late without phoning.
