Home Inspection Professionals are just that, extremely professional. From the moment I met my inspector Kevin and his crew I had the upmost confidence that I had made the right choice in inspectors. Having gone through the home buying process a few times now I have dealt with multiple inspectors and none of which were as professional and courteous as Kevin. Not only does he walk you through every inch of the house he also provides valuable information as to what kind of maintainance you can expect with the house you are buying. Pair this with their extremely fair price and I am very satisfied. I can't say "thank you" enough.

Gerry was punctual and professional, took the time to answer questions, and told us to contact him with any additional questions even after we moved in. I would highly recommend him and Home Inspection Professionals. He represents them well.

I called to book the appointment and the office staff was very friendly and professional. They sent a reminder email a day or two in advance of the inspection. Kevin Stripling was the home inspector. He arrived on time and ready to work. Kevin was friendly and professional and introduced himself to us and our realtor, providing business cards to all. After introductions, he explained what he would be doing and got right to work. Kevin inspected the outside of the condo, along with the roof. He inspected windows, doors, and storage area. Along the way, he pointed out items needing attention, such as paint peeling on the door frame, window screen missing, and missing handrail on the staircase. All these items were also noted in the report. On the inside, he inspected water heater, furnace, air conditioner, appliances, pipes, ceiling, and the attic. He asked questions about the age of each one and provided information about the maintenance of each one. We initially had an issue with the water being turned off, but were able to get it turned on in a short time span enabling Kevin to finish the inspection. He inspected electrical box and all switches inside and outside the condo. Overall, the inspection took about 1.5 - 2 hours and was very thorough. He provided the report, including pictures, before leaving the inspection. He asked if he could send the report to the realtor. A day or two after the inspection, I was thrilled to receive an email from the HIP team thanking me for my business. I would highly recommend Kevin Stripling and the Home Inspection Professionals team to anyone who needs their current or future home inspected.

Inspections went very well. Kevin and his team were very responsive and prompt!! Kevin even helped me on a Saturday on a Memorial weekend.

This was the second time I had HIP perform a new home purchase inspection. Kevin showed up on time - actually early- and I immediately made me feel at ease. During his inspection he was extremely informative about conditions of the home and gave me all of the advice I would need for any issues that would need to be taken care of immediately, within a few years and things just to keep my eye on. I loved hearing, “ If this was my home” I’d do “this”. As I was already a repeat customer, I’d obviously hire them again....and again!

The man that came was there on time and explained everything to us. He was so professional and answered every question that we had thoroughly and in detail. We couldn't have asked for anyone better than him!

Corey and Chris are complete professionals 1st and foremost. This is the 2nd home inspection in 2 weeks that I've used their services and I applaud them both times. Would I recommend them to Friends & Family??? You bet I would! Corey explains everything in complete detail on what you'll need to take care of immediately or in the coming years. What impressed me the most was their all around vast knowledge of the in's & out's of an entire home! A+++

My inspector Corey Jalbert did an outstanding job! He was thorough, professional and personable. What more could you ask for? He explained in detail and in terms I could understand how he reached his evaluation of the soundness of the structure, the roof, the windows and the doors, the patio, the plumbing, the electrical systems, the toilets, tubs and showers and all of the appliances!

Very professional, Kevin took the time to explain all of the systems to us and the report was very thorough. The property was large and required roof inspection on house as well as out building, also septic field and well testing was performed.

Kevin was excellent. He was already evaluating the roof when I pulled up to the house. Right away he asked a lot of questions that were not only a show of friendliness, but also gave him a sense of what I was looking for/need in a home. From the get go he was very thorough and told me exactly what he was seeing, its impact, and potential costs/maintenance. He also made sure I was hands on in the inspection so I knew the whole time what he was talking about. Thankfully his attention to detail and in depth inspection exposed some major issues with the house. It was quickly apparent the problems were much more trouble than I was willing to invest both financially and time wise. The inspection saved me from getting strapped to a house that would have been problem after problem. I will definitely be using them again when I find my next potential home.
