We are a large townhouse community and periodically require any and all types of plumbing services. Drain Inspectors LLC have been our "go-to" plumbers for many years! They are prompt, helpful, thorough and professional.

Erik and Drain Inspectors always do a great job, and are very professional and prompt. I use them annually to snake and camera my drain. They are honest and always show up when they say they will. Very happy with their service every time I use them.

Erik was great to work with when my basement floor drain was backing up after heavy rains. He came over for a free-consultation and was knowledgeable and clear about what was going on. My floor drain was backing up due to a blockage under the basement floor that was not allowing water to travel to the sump pump. After discussing it, Erik recommended hydro-jetting the pump line to ensure that any blockage would be cleared. His schedule was booked for several days, but because my drain was still backing up and continuously flooding my basement, he was able to rearrange appointments and came back the following morning. Working with his partner Mario, they were able to hydro-jet a massive root-ball out of my drain pipe and water began flowing immediately to the sump pump, fixing the problem. Overall I was extremely pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Erik and Drain Inspectors if you have any issues with flooding or water in your house.

Eric did an awesome job and was great to work with. I got quotes from two other plumbers that quoted me for a job that was not required and would have done more harm than good. Eric suggested viewing the system via camera prior to recommending an expensive hydro jet service. It went great! I received quick professional service and a great plan to prevent things like from this to happen in the future.

Had to cut a clean out port into the drain line, then snaked it to the sewer. Flushed with a modestly pressurized water flow. Drain is flowing freely now. He took the time to explain the need for periodic maintenance now due to the tendency in this area to get a build up of 'red algae'. (The drain is now 24 years old and had never been cleaned.)

Erik was amazing! He called shortly after I left a message about our sewer drain not draining and we had water in our basement. He came out on a Saturday morning even when he had a family emergency to go to later in the day. He was very professional and did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need. He was very honest and upfront with what was going on and the cost of everything. He was unable to get it done with the first snake he brought. He came back on Sunday morning with a more powerful snake and was able to get our drain up and running in 20-30 minutes. Then, he put a camera in our drain and gave his professional opinion on what would be our next step. We will definitely call him again!

Very smoothly! We were having issues with our laundry tub draining properly. Eric and Jeff were able to figure out the problem and came up with the best possible solution. They were very professional, responded quickly, and did an excellent job; we will definitely be calling them with any future plumbing needs.
