 + -1 moreWhat I like about them is that they do the surface cleaning and they don't soak your carpets so you have to move out for a few days while it dries. You can walk on them in about two hours. I call them back every year!

 + -1 moreHe was a very nice and professional man and I am sure the service he provides is a good one, but for some reason when he did my rug, it left the thing very frizzled after. I have a feeling it was the chemical he used to clean it with. I wouldn t use his service again but I cannot say for anyone reading this not to, because it could have been the rug.
Description of Work: I had this contractor come in and chemically dry clean my living room rug with a machine he had connected to his truck. He spent about 2 hours in total doing this and there were some problems with the quality of the job. No further work was done.

 + -1 moreI liked that they gave me a confirmation call just before coming. The carpets were dry within twenty four hours and they got the stains out. They are a professional company that can stand behind their work.
Description of Work: I had them clean the carpet in my basement and family room. There was a red wine stain and they moved furniture. They used the dry cleaning process.

 + -1 moreOne of the things that I liked is, that it didn't take very long for my carpets to dry. Another thing was that, they actually did everything they told me they were going to do. I think they are as good, as any out there.
Description of Work: Chem Dry cleaned two rooms and a stair case using the dry method. They did have to move some furniture.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job! Very punctual and courteous. I thought the cost was reasonable (also received a 10% coupon for Home Depot!) Given the size of the area that was cleaned. They vacuumed first; moved all of the big furniture and put it back; and pretreated the stains. All but a couple small stains were removed. I would definitely use them again!
Description of Work: Cleaned a good size living room and attached dining room, stairs, and hallway.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE NOT THAT GREAT. I THOUGHT THAT THEY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. THEY NEED TO SPEND A LITTLE MORE TIME ON IT. I LIKE THAT THE CARPET DRIES WITHIN AN HOUR. I JUST THINK THAT THEY NEEDED TO PUT 100 PERCENT IN TO IT.
