I really and highly recommend them. They are family-owned and they are just wonderful. Their service is just excellent. They are knowledgeable and have been in business for a long time. They have done a lot for me. They have installed furnaces and boilers and the whole house dehumidifier. They can re-route things and move things around. They are very, very efficient and very good at what they do.

I called Autumn on Sunday based on a friend's recommendation. My renters hadn't let me know until that day their A/C was out in the middle of a heat wave until Sunday. AHaC answered the phone in person, not just a service. They scheduled a service call for the next day. They came when promised and fixed the problem. They were able to take my credit card information over the phone so I did not have to leave work to deal with the issue. I was extremely pleased that they could take care of the problem so promptly in the middle of a heat wave when they had to have been getting a lot of calls. The price was very reasonable. My sister in another part of the country had to have the same thing fixed on her unit and my price was comparable to hers. Given that I know nothing about A/C, they could have told me something horrible was wrong and charged me hundreds of dollars I didn't need to spend but they didn't do that. I have already hired them again to insepct the furnance in the same unit and again am getting next day service.

They are very good. They charge less than the competition. They picked up and put in the air conditioner all in one day. It was almost midnight before they finished. They had come kind of late and they had to do everything in the late afternoon and evening. There were a couple things that weren't done right, so I had to call them. They came right back and handled it. The price was added to a little bit. The work was really good and they bent over backwards to get everything done that night, so I really can't complain.
