+ -1 moreWonderfully, I was very pleased. What they did in a day I couldn't have done in a week. The house was move in ready and a thousand times cleaner than I could have imagined. It cost a lot but it was well worth it. I've been in the rental business for over 15 years and have hired many to do this job and by far this company was the best I've ever hired.
Description of Work: They totally cleaned an empty rent house from top to bottom in one day.

+ -1 moreI never heard back from Terri. Perhaps this business is overwhelmed with contracts. Terri and her assistant was professional and actually could have prepared the task on the spot, if diligent enough.
Description of Work: After rescheduled appointments (2) for a simple appraisal, Terri made it out with her assistant to complain about all her other work orders. She promised to get back with in a few weeks.

+ -1 moreThis was an energetic uniformed crew. Although I was not there during all of the 5 1/2 hours they cleaned when I walked in unannounced on my lunch hour they were all busy and directions were flying back and forth to different crew members. Noisy, lively and very effective. There were at least 10 people in the crew and no one was standing around. It would have taken me at least two to three weeks of nights after work to get this done and it would not have been done as effectively. I would not hesitate to hire them again. .
Description of Work: My 84 year old mother in law needed to move to an independent living facility. I called Terry and she came out on the day that I requested and gave me an estimate with a choice of a big or smaller crew to do the empty house move out cleaning. I chose the larger crew as we needed to get the house ready for sale quickly. The crew under Terry's direction cleaned the entire home, inside windows, basement and garage. Some specifics: After washing the cabinets they put lemon wax on them to make them shine again. They scrubbed the grout on the tile floor in the kitchen ( it looks amazing) cleaned out all the cabinets and drawers, vacuumed the floors, removed all the cobwebs, bugs from light fixtures, cleaned the blinds and the tracks in the windows. Swept the deck and the garage floor. Got marks off the walls and cleaned all the appliances. Scrubbed the laundry room sink and scoured a brick hearth. The house looks and smells move in ready.
