SUPERIOR ASPHALT

We ordered firewood to be stacked and delivered to my daughter to be delivered on Christmas day for our annual family festivities. Greg stated he would deliver at the house that day and bill us after the holidays. Greg called on the 22nd of Dec and asked if he could deliver then. We attempted to contact our daughter to arrange delivery but could not reach her, Even though we called Greg numerous times he never responded to our calls and wood was never delivered. He did not even attempt a call to make an excuse. He just ignored us. Needless to say we went fireless on Christmas Eve spoiling a 37 year family tradition. We did go and buy a couple wax logs but it was not the same.

The wood was never delivered, several attempts were made to contact the company to no avail. No contact was made which I consider VERY unprofessional and left the recipient of this wood without a Christmas gift from parents and no roaring fire in the fireplace on Christmas Eve. The recipient stayed home all day, rearranging the schedule, asking others to run errands, etc. waiting for delivery. He called two days prior to scheduled delivery ''because he was in the area'' asking if he could deliver, unfortunately no one was home, thus delivery was not possible that day however, proving that he understood that he was obligated to deliver wood. Too bad, from the conversations in setting up this arrangement, I would have considered this company for work I am planning in the summer but NO WAY now!!! I will also tell anyone and everyone. My experience with this company has left me VERY unsatisfied.
