 + -1 moreGreg was always on the job and watched over his hired subs very closely. He performed some of the interior rough-in work and hung the finished cedar walls, installed the grade door, hardware and windows. He had subs, as many contractors do these days, who built the foundation, poured the floor, another who performed the roofing and siding. He has been back to take care of a leak around one of the windows in the cupola that his sub did not install correctly. We were very happy with his workmanship and backing up his own and his subs workmanship. His prices were very reasonable; in fact we are going to hire him to build a 27 x 16 pergola in our back yard. Greg was very patient with us. We were doing our own electric wiring, CATV, Cat 5 network and alarm wiring and it took longer to accomplish those jobs than we expected, which delayed him a few times. But he took it in stride.
Description of Work: We had designed a 28' x 40' two story building to be built behind our home; it is what we now call our ''shed''. The first floor has two overhead doors plus a large overhang that covers a 12' x 40' porch. Inside walls are finished in rough sawn cedar, with a drywall ceiling. The second floor is 16 x 40 and looks something like a bonus room. It is dry walled, insulated, and has electric heat for future use. It could be an office, artist gallery or craft loft. Right now we're using it for storage. The top of the shed is crowned with a 4 x 4 cupola with large 3 wide windows that can be opened and a large weather vane on the peak.
