Great, the tech was very thorough and guaranteed her work and if the problem was not taken care of she would return for a second visit within 7 days of the first treatment without charge.

Such a great experience with Rose Pest Solutions. They got rid of the wasps. Hopefully I don't have any other issues in the future....but if I do I'll be calling Rose again. A very nice gentleman came out, explained the treatment and took care of things.

I got called out on an emergency for work and completely forgot about my appointment. The tech was right on time. He called me to notify me he was there and never charged even though it was my fault the appt was missed. He was very understanding. I would happily use their service again.

In my opinion Rose Pest Solutions is a Fraud. The company is offering services, opinions, and making accusations that can directly affect the lively hood of the homes it is entering with-out making people aware of this. Beware this company can and will make false accusations to your management, associations, and landlords that will decide the out-come as to whose as fault for a bug infestation and also possible accusations of using pot This is the WORST most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I feel bad for anyone who is living in apartments and forced to deal with their services. Upon their pest inspection, the inspector was incredibly rude and even closed my own door in my face. After the inspection I asked her how it went. She completely ignored me an left. I closed my door then overheard her tell the maintenance man "this place is infested. I then immediately told my landlord what she said, I was accused of being overdramatic and was told “she should of never used that word” I then was accused by the ROSE Pest Solution staff and Company that due to leaving my windows open I was probably smoking pot and the cause of bugs! This is a completely insane accusation. Now I have a pest problem that is being ignored because I left a window open. Prior to their inspection Rose Pest Solutions provided a Canine Inspection Non-Residential Preparation Checklist which states that Before Your Inspection- Report you must abide by their polices for entering. The 7 points listed on this inspections notice are as followed: - Report any applications in the last 30 days - Vacuum// Clean Visible pesticide power - Ensure free and uncluttered access to walls and furniture. Do not move furniture to center of room. - Personal Fans/ HV AC off if possible - sweep all floors/ vacuum - stop smoking - finish housekeeping I abided by Rose Pest Non Residental Preparton Checklist yet the staff and company Rose Pest Solutions refuse to let me speak to even a manager or supervisor simply because I rent an apartment an did not contract them. Everything went fine. They did recommend a company they worked with, to rid us of a few bats. Played phone tag with them, told me that they would get back to me, but never did.

We paid for a package deal which was $400 for a year's worth of service. They did an exterior and interior inspection then sat and talked with us and gave us recommendations. We were having some problems with certain insects so they gave us recommendations and talked us through our options. We agreed to hire them and they have been doing the service. I think we have had them here twice and they come every four months. The experience with them overall has been very good. They are very easily reachable when we have had a problem. They are always willing to answer questions and always tell us to call them anytime if we have problems between service. They have completely taken care of our issues so we are very happy with them. Two people came out for the inspection and consultation and then the technician came out to do the work so all three of the individuals we have dealt with have been very professional.

Spoke with a customer rep; I wanted a bee hive removed and a quote for spraying perimeter of home for ants, other insects. We agreed on a price to remove the bee hive under the roof line after I described it and he promised a technician would be out within a day or two to take care of it. I was going to consider the longer term preventative spraying depending on how hive removal went. No one ever showed and I haven't heard back from them. It's been 10 days.

They sprayed to try and remove the ants and other insects I have in my condo. However, I still have flying ants in the bathroom around the drain. I also have ants that occasionally crawl on me and bite me when I'm sitting on my couch. I have called and complained to Rose Pest Solutions. They have come out three times to try and get rid of these insects but they have been unable to get rid of them. Rose Pest Solutions has told me that they are seasonal insects that should go away, and that my housing division likely was built on an old sawmill. I don't want to make trouble for anyone but I'm also not happy. It would make me happier if there were no more ants or if I can cancel my service contract with Rose Pest Solutions.

I have always been pleased with the service. They always do what they say they will do. They follow through and show up on time. They take care of the our home and protect our floors. They wear booties over their shoes. They don't disturb us. They follow up to ensure there are no problems. The technicians have also offered their cell number to call if I ever have questions or concerns. They will come back at no additional charge.

I have an end result of no more ants happened so that was good but, in terms of how fast the service was delivered, that was a bit of an issue. I couldn't get anyone to call me back in the time that they said. Then, they forgot to process my paperwork. When I had to call back, because no one had called me to schedule, they said that they somehow missed my paperwork and that no one could come out for another week so that was really irritating.

They always go over everything with me to let me know what they are doing They are careful of my dog and areas where he might be. He is very professional and a nice guy. He cleans up after himself. He is very informative. They do guarantee their work. They are responsive as well.

We called Rose last year to remove a nest of bees from our porch. They did a great job then, so when we saw ants in the corners of our living room, with a swarm of the flying ones, we called them again. Their representative came out and inspected all of the rooms of the home and the basement - not just the one room we saw them in. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took time to explain the different types of ants as well as the options for getting rid of them in the house. My son has asthma, and I was pleased that they had checked with us on that before deciding on time and type of treatment. So far we have not seen any ants - even though they only treated the house 2 weeks ago and I understand that it does take some time to kill them in the nest. I would not hesitate to call them again.

They are easy to work with. They let me know when they are coming and if I have a problem they reschedule without any additional fees. They do a thorough check of everything and stop and ask if you are having any specific problems. If you have any problems they will call and check up on it and if the problem isn't resolved they come back free of charge. Their price is comparable to others.

We've used them for a couple of years. When we first moved here we had a lot of bugs and the bugs thought they lived here instead of people. Tom is the guy that comes here and he is a really nice young man. He is very thorough. He comes up with areas to spray that don't even occur to us. If we have any problems, they will come out as often as we need. He spends about an hour here and provides a really thorough report. It talks about conditions that are conducive to pests and things that he recommends we do. He pays attention because we have a pet and he tells us how long to keep the dog in after he has sprayed. He deals with all the buildings. He will leave traps. He takes into consideration that we have little grandchildren that come over. Their prices are reasonable. He always lets us know when he will be here and he gives us a timeframe of 1-3 so we don't have to stay home all day. We will continue to use him.
