Rite Choice Plumbing and Heating

Never responded to my Angie's List request for service. I used Wild's instead. Couldn't be happier.

I thought they were very disrespectful and unprofessional. I called got voicemail they did not have courtesy to even call back and tell me why they did not want job, if they thought it was too small or whatever.

Great service & great price! I highly recommend using them.

It was good. The workers were good. They have grown a lot. I have been using them for 10 years. We have been using them for 10 projects a year. They ranged amazingly.

It went great! It looked good when they were done, you couldn't even tell it was a replacement. They were friendly and punctual and patiently walked me through how to connect my phone and wifi to my new thermostat. I would highly recommend them to others.

Russ worked for almost 4 hours-having to cut out drywall and locate the pipes and get parts to replace them. The work area was in the ceiling and outer wall of the basement family room and very cramped. He was very patient and kept me informed on the problem as he worked. When it was completed he cleaned up and helped remove the trash. I would certainly recommend him and call on him again for our plumbing needs.

Everything went well. ;Mike and Russ were both very polite, helpful and professional. Russ was the assistant who put the toilets in. He did a very excellent job. He was very neat and cleaned the area extremely well when the job was completed. I would definitely hire them again. I give them a five star recommendation. They also showed up when they said they would and completed the job on time.

The tech was very nice and did a great job and through, would recommend him to anyone. We would recommend this company, RiteChoice, to anyone. The tech was clean, and when he left our home he left it clean and picked up everything. We would use this company again. Great Company.

We called almost 3 days ago and NEVER received a call back

The company dropped everything (I am sure I wasn't the only one without heat) and came to my rescue!! They were fast and did the job the correct way.

It went great. Mike arrived on time and spent some time explaining to me what he needed to do and options available. He then started and kept me informed of how it was going and how everything going and would be completed in the time he slotted for it.

Response time quick, set up followup work quickly also. Work was completed as requested in professioal, friendly manner. Very good job! I would recommend to anyone. Price also reasonable. Mike is a great worker.

This is a follow up to a previous review. Thank you for sending me a letter to clarify what happened to my quote, the problem was you sent it to the wrong email address, not mine. The email may have been opened, just not by me. Your price was better, however, the work is now done by another local company. Thank you again for your follow up to this miscommunication.

Can't say enough good things about this company. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and priced well. We had a big name competitor provide an estimate of $3500 (fix) -$5000 (replace) which we felt seemed overpriced. We are glad we called Rite Choice they did great work at a great price. I'd recommend them every time.

The communication was great. The owner was quick to respond to questions and concerns. Crews worked quickly and answered all our questions also. Service and materials were reasonably priced. Rite Choce was on track the whole time.

Mike came out at 10 pm and on a Friday and fixed my air conditioner in the rain no less. Very quick response. Very professional. Highly recommend this company.

Mike came out on a Tuesday to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, our furnace required an OEM part that wasn't on-hand. They contacted me to setup an install for the following Tuesday (they offered Monday but I was out of town that day) since the part didn't arrive until late Friday afternoon. As it wasn't an urgent issue I was happy to be flexible. Mike arrived first thing on Tuesday and resolved both issues within the hour. He ended up finding a universal part that worked with my furnace saving me over $100. Super friendly guy and didn't seem to mind my cat supervising his work. Will definitely call again if the need arises!

Mike and his assistant called 1/2 hr before arrival. They were respectful of our sick cat, they even asked to use the bathroom. Found repairs that needed to be made without charging extra. Left area clean. Came back within an hour of call on following Saturday to repair unexpected leak without charge.

WOW! Mike was very fast in calling me back on a Saturday. He stated he would be out doing jobs in the morning and could come by around 11am. He was here as expected, went above and beyond my expectations, was courteous, understood my concerns, checked out the registers, furnace, airflow, connections, blower, burners and most of everything I believe there was to check out. Everything checked out OK, furnace is fine, bad air filter not allowing good flow. Will use Mike again for air-conditioning check in the spring and also for any other furnace problems in the future, what a pleasure to deal with such a great company and a very nice man!

I feel I received a lot of attention to detail from the beginning to end of my construction project and I certainly got the quality of workmanship that I was told that I would receive. From the office staff to the tradesmen everyone was friendly and co-operative to deal with.
